Our story
津和野駅から歩いて2分、茅葺き屋根を思わせる店構えが目印です。具をしこたま入れた名物のうどん、津和野の郷土料理うずめ飯、手作りの団子やぜんざいで、旅のひと休みをどうぞ。
みのやは1974年に津和野で店を始め、2025年で創業52年目を迎えました。茅葺き屋根風の大きな屋根に、扇形の窓と赤い提灯。峠の茶屋を思わせる店構えで、津和野の町並みの中でお待ちしています。
いちばん人気は、名前のとおり具を「しこたま」入れた、しこたまうどんです。山菜や牛肉、お揚げ、卵、ワカメなどを店で仕込み、祖母の代から受け継いできた味でお出ししています。そばに替えることもできます。
お食事はうどん・そばのほか、津和野名物のうずめ飯、甘辛く煮たフキをご飯に混ぜたふき飯の定食、おむすびなど。甘味は自家製の串団子やきなこ餅、わらび餅、栗ぜんざいをご用意しています。
店内はテーブル席が中心で、JR山口線の線路が見える席もあります。運行日には、SLやまぐち号が通り過ぎるのを眺められるかもしれません。店の横の小さなお土産処では、SLグッズや、みのや手作りの柚子味噌・柚子マーマレードも置いています。

Minoya opened in Tsuwano in 1974. Look for the big thatch-style roof, the fan-shaped window and the red lanterns – a building that feels like an old mountain-pass teahouse.
Our most popular dish is shikotama udon, piled with wild mountain vegetables, beef, fried tofu, egg and wakame, made the way it has been since our grandmother's day. You can have it with soba instead.
We also serve Tsuwano's uzume-meshi, fuki rice sets and rice balls, plus homemade dango, kinako mochi and chestnut zenzai. Some tables look out on the JR line, where the SL Yamaguchi steam train passes on running days.
Signature dishes
Shikotama udon
卵、お揚げ、牛肉、たけのこ、ゼンマイ、えのき、ワカメ、かまぼこ、ネギの9種類をのせた、具だくさんの一杯です。カツオといりこでとるやさしいだしに、ゆずの皮で香りをつけています。そばにも変更できます。
Our signature bowl with nine toppings – egg, fried tofu, beef, bamboo shoot, zenmai fern, enoki, wakame, fish cake and green onion – in a gentle bonito-and-sardine broth scented with yuzu peel. Also available with soba.
Yomogi dango skewers
よもぎを練り込んだ緑色の団子を串に刺して焼いた、自家製の甘味です。きなこやあんこをまとわせたものもあり、焼きたてのもちもち感をお楽しみいただけます。
Homemade green mugwort dumplings on skewers, grilled and served with toppings such as kinako or sweet bean paste.
Chestnut zenzai
ふっくら炊いた小豆のぜんざいに、お餅と栗を沈めました。散策で冷えた体をあたためる、甘味処らしい一品です。

Uzume-meshi
具をご飯の下にうずめ、上からだしをかけていただく津和野の郷土料理です。一見すると白いご飯だけの器から、箸を入れると具が顔を出します。
A Tsuwano speciality: the toppings are buried under the rice and you pour broth over the bowl, so the ingredients appear as you eat.
Fuki rice set meal
甘辛く煮込んだフキをご飯に混ぜ込んだ、自家製のふき飯の定食です。

Kinako mochi
やわらかくついたお餅に、きなこをたっぷりまぶした自家製の甘味です。売り切れる日もありますので、お早めにどうぞ。

ランチで具沢山のしこたまそば、よもぎ団子、きなこ餅を食べました。そばも美味しかったですが、圧倒的だったのは団子ときなこ餅。特にきなこ餅は柔らかくて伸び〜る感じで絶品。最高でした。駐車場は店の並びに数台ありました。JR津和野駅の南にある「みのや」初訪問の津和野に着いたのが昼時で食事に訪れました。地元名物のうずめ飯と蕎麦を注文しましたが、男性にはちょうど良かったです。うずめ飯だけなら量が少なく感じるかも知れません。 美味しくて店員の皆さまの接客も良く津和野観光の良いスタートになりました。お昼時間が遅くなってしまい、もうお店じまいしようとしていた所に伺ったら快く入れてくださいました。私はきつねうどんを注文しましたが、お揚げの甘さや出汁、全てが優しいお味でとっても美味しかったです！店内の雰囲気も良かったし、何より店員さんが優しくてほんわかしました。デザートも美味しそうだったから食べたかったなぁ…次回に‼Googleの評価・口コミは2026年10月26日時点のものです · Googleマップですべての口コミを見る
